are there any frame builders in the phoenix area? I believe I have some issues with the alignment of my vintage 531 framed bike, in my online research I've read several posts that refer to "frame builders" but I've never heard the term before seeing these posts. I take it a frame builder is not a bike shop employee, but rather someone with a shop of their own who only builds and fixes frames? Is there such a person in the phoenix area whom I can trust to take on the job?

Andy Gilmour in Tucson seems to have a good reputation. I'd travel to see him about something like that. Coconino Cycles in Flag seems to build quite a few also and be well respected though I don't know if they will work on other frames. Form Cycles and Tronix both build frames in Phoenix.
