Pima County Loop MUP - Oro Valley
I don't spend a lot of time on the MUP, but with the construction on Oracle Road north of Tangerine I had found it to be a safe way to get to good riding areas. Trouble is an increasing incidence of some belligerent ******** who insist on walking their dogs off-leash. Anyone else experienced this?
I'm awfully tempted to just let the jerkoffs have the path. I don't want to be the guy who hits a dog.

Ride that area regularly and the construction on Oracle Rd north of Catalina State Park is progressing OK but still not good to ride. Last time I rode in the construction zone had 2 flats. Have only encountered this 2 loose non-leashed dogs on the MUP in the Tangerine area this year.
