Help identifying Burley tandem model
I just bought a burley duet tandem off craigslist and was hoping to determine exactly which variant of the duet it is. I'm sure it is a year 2000 model however I can find no differences between these three duet variants:
Duet https://www.bicyclebluebook.com/sear....aspx?id=90039
Duet Softride https://www.bicyclebluebook.com/sear....aspx?id=90040
Duet S&S https://www.bicyclebluebook.com/sear....aspx?id=90041
they all look exactly the same and I can find no info about the differences between them. I know this is an extremely niche question but I would like to know exactly which model I own and the differences between them. Thanks for any info

Looks like the regular Duet. Softride was a cantelievered composite beam that would suspend the stoker’s seat and flex to absorb bumps. The frame had to be specially made, and was not compatible with a regular seatpost for the stoker. See here: https://www.bicyclebluebook.com/searchlistingdetail.aspx?id=77147
S&S refers to a frame built with S&S couplers so it can be disassembled for travel. See here:

Bicycle Blue Book is using the same photo for all of them, but that photo is only correct for the base Duet.
