I do not know her, but that is absolutely horrible. I can't imagine what she went through and can only hope she passed out and can't recall any of it.
And like all accidents and fatalities concerning motorists/cyclist he'll probably just get a slap on the wrist or just deported.
Hopefully she'll pull through.

wow, I saw the name and thought it might be a former co-worker, but it's not the same person.
