another rider down....
Per Dallas Morning News-
Golf analyst David Feherty broke three ribs and punctured his lung Thursday when he was hit by a truck while riding his bicycle near his Dallas home. " He didn't want to hit the car on the left so he hit the cyclist on the right" Feherty said.
AHH spring is in the air and deer season is months away, must be cyclist season!!!! It does make me wonder what is the most cyclist unfriendly city in America? Maybe it is just because we live here, but every week there is a small newstory in the paper about a downed rider.

I remember being told in driver's ed, "If you have a choice between hitting a person and a car, ALWAYS, ALWAYS hit the car."
I guess this truck driver had a different driving teacher. This guy should be brought up on charges, but don't hold your breath.

I wouldn't blame his teacher. From the sound of things, he wasn't a very bright student.
