I had an unsatisfactory experience with the service department at a Performance shop in Austin, so now I limit myself to their deals on accessories.

I've had no complaints in dealing with the Dallas, Plano or Ft. Worth stores. I do all my own maintenance, but the guys at the service counter have always been able to dig up whatever parts I needed, (even tossed in some extra pieces, here and there)

Plano shop is great, haven't made it over to the Ft Worth shop though. Performance is one of those big shops that tend to differ greatly from area to area depending on the staff.
