Bike Around the Bay
So is anyone doing the Bike Around the Bay this October. If you haven't heard of it (I believe it is in it's second year), it is a 2 day 150 mile ride around Galveston Bay. I'm considering it, but I'm wondering what kind of shape I need to be in to complete the 75 miles each day. The longest I've done so far is 40. I'm also looking at the MS150 next year.

****. Just got word that Ike has scratched this one off the calendar for the year. The ride is officially cancelled.

Yeah, I found out this week. I kind of assumed it would be, but they were looking into doing part of the route. I'm not happy obviously, but I totally understand. I was just really looking forward to my first multi day ride. Oh well, I'll just have to make sure I'm really prepared for the MS150.
