In this case get a Lawyer.
I was hit by a pickup truck mirror. That happened Feb 20 2011. I posted it on the Advocates & Safety page as https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...hlight=jamesw2
The State Police Officer wanted to give me a ticket.
I contacted this person who said i did not have enough in the way of medical bills to take the case. So I am doing this myself.
