Hello everyone,

I hope you like my newest video about a bicycle ride from Germany to Italy.

Nice video. Are the passes on the Via Claudia Augusta (the Fern Pass and the Reschen Pass) entirely bike paths so there are no cars to worry about on those passes? Is the bike path surface as smooth as it looks in your video?

Very cool & professional-style video, thanks! Once drove thru northeast Germany & it was quite impressive w/Lubeck/Dresden etc but also surprising to see many lightly-populated rural areas. So it seems like a great area for bike touring. Alps look pretty but challenging.

Thanks. I am not a 100% sure if you can avoid busy roads at all times. I had to cycle on roads sometimes because I did this trip in April and the sideroads or bike paths were still covered with snow. Should be no problem during the summer. But even if all roads and bike oaths are free there are some bits where you have to cycle on the road, but not very often. But better check online if you really want to be sure.
