Cycling Cuba
Does anyone have any experience in cycling Cuba for a month?

I haven't but out of curiosity it checked out some blogs & articles about Cuba bike touring...folks had pretty positive things to say like nice scenery, friendly people etc. OTOH in rural areas one will need to be flexible since there isn't always much tourism infrastructure. I'm sure you've already read about such stuff though.
One surprising bit was that traditionally, cycling (as transport) hadn't been that popular even though AFAIK most folks don't own a car either. But now, I read, there's an effort to popularize cycling for transportation.

may get more responses from outside the US , as the Europeans and Brits have not had so much trouble,
