I just put on of these on my tandem and love it. I'm getting another one for my touring bike. I hate helmet mirrors!! They seem distracting and if your wear glasses they get even worse. Just my two cents.

I attached the mountain mirrycle mirror to an extended bar (Evo stick) that I purchased from here. Very sturdy - Highly recommended.
