I swapped out the factory saddle for my preferred Avocet Touring. The stock WTB is now on my fat bike, and it is pretty much just "meh". I'll probably get around to taking it off there at some point too.
Tires I replaced with 35mm Clement USH, MUCH nicer on road and still fairly capable on dirt. Haven't tried mine on singletrack tho.
Its still sticking around, but there are some changes, most notably it is now 2x10 and 650 instead of 700. Oh, and a much less offensive color!

They discontinued it entirely?...or did they just discount it at the end of the year like they do with all their leftover bike inventory?
As for the handlebars, try rotating the drops so they are level with the ground. Thats how these flare bars were intended to be used- ride in the drops most of the times, so the drops are then set level with the ground for comfort.

Looks like the frame geometry for the new 3.1 is based on the 2.1. The new 3.2 is closer to the outgoing 3.1 but at a much higher cost (and probably weight as well).
Tried playing with the seat angle/position and bar angle and only made it worse It'll take me some time to get this dialed in. Maybe I'll splurge on a professional fitting.
