NCR questions

I saw this mentioned on another thread. Has anyone done the North Central and York City Heritage Trail? It looks like a nice two day, up and back with one overnight, weekend ride. I know there are hotel/motel options at both ends. Does anyone know if there are camping sites at either end. Both trailheads are equidistant from me so I could go either way.
Thank you.

Indian Rock Campground is the only one I can think of, near York. You can also stealth camp but options with that are limited considering the terrain the trail follows.

Thank you gpsblake. Indian Rock looks good.

I was hoping for camping information in Ashland. Maybe somebody knows. If not, Indian Rock is the winner.
