Eurovelo Conference
I came across this and wonder if any private individual bike tourists attend this on their own (dime) or is it largely attended by private and public organization employees.

Just glancing over the program, it looks far more geared towards policy makers, local parks officials, and indystry members than the public. I see little there that would interest me.
