Need recommendations for touring bars

I’m wanting to change my regular drop bars to a wood chipper type flared bar . I run bar end shifters so will this work or am I making a mistake . Thanks in advance

I think flared (AKA "dirt drops") bars are all-around more comfortable than traditional drops or compact drops. Woodchippers are very flared - a less extreme design like Cowchippers might be better if you're riding mostly on pavement.

not a fan of woodchippers , not much Tops and that part is quite narrow,
for drop bars I got (48) wide Nitto 'noodle' bars add do use bar end shifters..
in that width they are heat treated..

My Trekking bar bike has a Grip Shifter .. Rohloff ..

I put Cowchippers on a Trek 520 with barends, because they were the closest thing I could find to the bars on my Mazama with barends. No issues at all.

I love my cowbells, inbetween regular dropbars and chippers.
look them up, reasonable price and a slight flare that is really nice.
If i wasnt so lazy Id put them on them on my other dropbar bike but i just changed the tape and whatnot recently so i cant be bothered.

look up salsa bars and the varous diagrams of them, but honestly , yoiu need to go to a store with them in real life in front of you that you can hold....diagrams dont mean squat
