Veloroute Gourmande?

Anybody traveled along the Veloroute Gourmande from Montreal - Sherbrooke? Thinking of doing that this summer and would be grateful for any experiences or tips.

Cafe Terroir will make you want to move closer.
Chemin du Parc through the Provincial park has numerous 10%+ grades on gravel.
Flotel in St Jean sur Richelieu is fun. It is on a barge and is right next to a nice restaurant.
I no longer have the literature, but there is a Tour de Fromage in that area featuring, of course, cheese.
Lots of nice Pistes Cyclable.
Bon voyage!
