Current eBay auction item number 250006417750 is a 62cm Bob Jackson touring bike. The seller states that the reserve is $400. It's an old frame (c. 1978), but it has an 8-speed set-up and sounds like it just may be a bargain for a tall person looking for a good rig for relatively little dinero.

BTW, I have absolutely nothing to do with this sale - I don't know the seller or the bike, so caveat emptor and all that. But it seemed too interesting not to let my fellow BF types at elast have a shot at checking it out.

Nice bike and in my size range too but I have never seen a Bob J Super Tour with out the water bottle braze ons. Price is not out of range for the bike. I wish there was a better picture of the build sheet.
I used to have a Bob J touring bike...before it was "liberated"
