I have a carradice barley and it is well made. I wouldn't hesitate to get another carrdice product. One thing though, I have the ortlieb classic rollers and they are huge. Do you really want even larger panniers???

Try www.wallbike.com , Carradice importer and all around good guy. See if he can get them for you.
Problem with ordering things from the UK is the US dollar is currently a little weak against the British pound or Euro. Shipping for panniers shouldn't be too expensive.
https://www.sjscycles.co.uk I have bought from them before and they have quite a few USA customers they can give you a pretty good estimate on the shipping charges.
