Cannondale T2000 on CL in NJ

This is not mine, just thought I'd give the forum a heads up. Looks like a great deal. Seller doesn't list the year, but it has to be relatively recent. 19" frame, includes racks and panniers.

https://newjersey.craigslist.org/bik/411144250.html

a 19 inch touring bicycle with fenders, rack, trunk, lighting system
2 water bottle cages, 3 extra tubes and panniers. 27 speed. excellent condition.
smoke grey. rides like a cadillac.
Phone number is in the original post. Looks to be $500? A little unclear on the pricing due to the additional bike listed.

From what I know, if it's grey with dark panels on the seat & down tubes, 2006. If it's solid grey, 2004.

Cheers,

I'm willing to assist if needed...though I've read some of your other posts, and it seems your location may preclude reasonable shipping rates.

Looked at your other bikes, too...sure 19" is big enough?

Just saw that!
First thing I saw was the price. Nope, 19 would be way to small.
Unless it was a MTB.

What's wrong with the Velo? That's one classy looking bike. Or are you planning on having one of your sons ride it, while Dad gets the brand new rig?

This is my plan.
The older boy can ride the Velo and when the youger boy is ready I will have the Nishiki International finished.
Unless the older boy keeps growing, which will then ruin all my plans!
I dropped $1400 on a new MTB 2 years ago so I may have to get rid of it to free up some cash toward the new touring bike.
Funny thing is I have ridden the MTB twice this year and spent the rest of my time on road bikes. So I won't feel to bad about selling it as I am not really using it.
