Fender Sizing

This is definitely a newbie questions, but I have done a search and cannot find the answer. How do you determine the size of fender? If I an running 700 x 32 tires what size fender do I get? What size for 700 x 35? Thanks!

Bikes: Two old Schwinns, Kona Cinder Cone, Redline MonoCog, Custom (U.B.I.) Columbus Cyclocross/commuter.

I use the SKS P45 fenders for 700c tires. They are 45 mm wide so they easily accommodate 35 tires.

All the Planet Bike hybrid/touring fenders are made to fit up to a 700 x 35 wheel.
