Bikes: Some silver ones, a red one, a black and orange one, and a few titanium ones

or a Spacebar

The Space bar could be rotated downward to hang below your bag.
Or, alternatively, you could mount the light on your head. It's more useful there anyway

I mounted mine to the stem just behind the handle bars. It goes straight down. I have 2 lights, one on each side of the head set. Works great.

I've tried several options, and I keep coming back to putting a Fenix L2D on my flashlight. This is dirt simple, I don't even use a mount. I just keep a strip of velcro in the bag, and then run that through the helmet vents and around the flashlight.

There is also the Minoura "Swing Bar" though some have said they have had problems with it loosening up.
