converting litespeed natchez to 650B?

posted in road cycling but not much of a response there....

has anyone on here converted a litespeed natchez or a litespeed classic to 650B? if so, how much clearance in tires could you get (i dont need fenders) and how did it feel? im looking to do this and did some measurements but still not sure if it will work, any help is greatly appreciated....

the frame is a 1997 natchez and the fork is a 2008 ricthey carbon comp....
