Has anyone used the backpack attachment thing for Ortlieb panniers? They have two clips which go into the slots at the bottom of the bag and snap tight around the screws there, but I can't seem to figure out how to release them without just yanking them loose. It takes quite a bit of force to get these off and I feel like sooner or later one of the plastic pieces is going to fail. Am I missing something here, or does anyone have this same experience?
