I would like to do a bike tour with my child (in a trailer) . I'm thinking about leaving from the east side of the chesapeake bay bridge. I'm going to be using the dlite cycling delmarva map to make my way across the peninsula to Rehobeth Beach then down the coast to Asseteague Island. I'm thinking about doing this in 3 days (~50 miles per day).

Couple of quick questions:

1) Does anyone know of a good place to leave my car on the east side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge?

2) Any problems with the basic route plan?

It has been several years since I have ridden that area, but there is/was a park and ride lot at the first exit after the bridge. Beyond that the only place I am sure of is the Salisbury-Ocean city airport, We left our car there for a 3 day tandem tour 2 years ago. $4 a day IIRC.
