I prettified my bike!!

It's dangerous to take someone who's used to being out on a bike all day and coop her up in a hotel room for days waiting for a snowstorm to pass!!

Yes - this was inspired by the hotsprings of Yellowstone. My friend made this little fairy for me - her name is Bella.

The trip has been going amazingly well. It'll be cold tomorrow, but we're hoping the shoulders are clear - there's not much worse than riding in slush.

We'll keep pushing for another thousand miles or so and then will be able to slow down and relax. We've been pushing harder than we want because of winter, but it won't be all that much farther until we won't have to worry about it.

Your beadwork is amazing!

Hope the kids aren't as bonkers as you!

All four of us were pretty much going bonkers being crammed in a small hotel room. But we were thankful that we had a hotel room to be crammed into!! Can you imagine the four of us in our tent for four days???

OK, if your handle was ManlyBob, I would wonder about you carrying that thing around. I have a rubber squeaky chicken dog toy. I went down to the debates at Belmont in Nashville with my chicken, and a little bald girl (probably cancer treatments) got the biggest tickle out of that chicken. It really made my month. She made sure the chicken is a permanent passenger, but my dogs sure miss it.
