Horrid Left Wrist PAIN!!!!
I have a surly long haul trucker and it fits PERFECT. My whole body feels fine except my left wrist. I have tried a new stem, new bars, angling my saddle, moving the brake hood, gloves, different bar tape, moving the bars to weird angles to try to find comfort, but yet NOTHING has worked. My left wrist throbs constantly. I have been riding 7 days a week for over a year, but switched to this bike about 3 months ago and the pain has been constant ever since. The ONLY thing I think it could be is that I wear a Chrome messenger bag (https://www.chromebagsstore.com/messe...etropolis.html) I usually only carry a pair of pants, a shirt, a pair of light shoes, a bar of deodorant, a multi tool, and a few forgotten beer bottle caps at the bottom. It hangs over my left shoulder so I think it may be adding weight causing my left wrist to be in pain. What do you guys think, any suggestions?

Well... What about you try riding without that messenger bag for a while? I for one much prefer a pannier bag for carrying loads.
My right wrist is hurting a bit today after a 120km I did yesterday.. My right hand got numb a couple of times during the ride. I wonder why.
