One off LHT attempt
So I love the LHT, but I've currently got a Origin8 Cykel (Sun Cykel, technically).
I've been tempted to strip down the bike to the frame and fork, and build it up with 105, RaceFace Cadence, Nitto Mustache Bar w/ Phil Wood-specific hubs, etc.
My problem is, does the Cykel frame (which I'm pretty comfy with - it's lugged steel and has a lifetime warrantly on it) seem like it's a good candidate for a fast touring/rad. bike?
Or should I just suck it up and pay the $350ish for the LHT frame?

sounds like if its steel and lugged, assuming it has all the proper braze ons and sufficient clearances, it should make a good sports tourer at least.
