Pannier Adapter?

I just got a '99 Cannondale R600 that I plan to use to commute (once my new Brooks saddle comes!). I'm toying with the thought of throwing some panniers on it, IF there is an option for some type of adapter. It is not a touring frame and doesn't have any brazons. Is there some alternative adapter that will allow me to throw on a rack or something without damaging or changing the frame?

Thanks!

Once you set it up, it's 5 minutes to put the rack on/off the bike.
