I have an old set of panniers (bought circa 1989), bicycle rear and front racks, and a handlebar bag I'm looking to give away. They are quite old, but still in okay shape if someone wants to go touring on a budget. I used them before college, on a 1000 mile tour, and a few other shorter trips.
