Finding self-guided tour operators for US routes

Does anyone know of any good tour operators who coordinate self-guided tours for US itineraries? Or of resources for finding them?

We are looking for someone who can set us up with bikes and maps and handle luggage transfers between hotels.

Thanks in advance.
