Sorry I never updated, I got excited about my ride.
So far it has been fully successful, I am in Wilmington, NC after 12 days of riding and about a weeks worth of lazy vacation days. I have 4 more days of riding until I am in Richmond, VA and the bike has been so good to me but I will never tour on a track frame again because I enjoy having a healthy back. Cool experience though, I plan to tour fixed very much again, I highly enjoy it. I could have invested in some 28's or at least some 25's because the weight on these tires is wearing them out an an alarming rate. Overall, I am glad I have been riding my favorite bike as well as living off of it, it is the best of both worlds because when I pull into a bike friendly town I get to enjoy my fixie even more after unloading it. Good times, good times. Cheers!
