Small Seat Bag Needed for Brooks Saddle
I'd like to get a very small seat bag for my Brooks B17 - something large enough to hold a tube, cartridges, minimal necessary tools and that's it. I want it, however, to use the bag loops on the seat and not the rails (for some reason, that's more appealing to me). I've only been able to find bags that are significantly wider than my brooks that use the bag loops - nothing in the same size/shape as the typical underseat bag one would find on a road bike. This obviously won't be my only bag, but when I use my bike for club rides, etc., it would be nice to have the smaller one. I don't really care for the Brooks bags (and they're all of the "wider" variety so far as I can tell).
Any ideas?

I use camera bags. One front, one back. Tons of sizes to choose from. Some wire ties to afix it to the seat/handlebars. Did some looking at the store then ordered them on eBay. $5 a piece or so. Lots of size choices that way.

I like the Acorn Bags, here's mine (Acorn Roll) on a Brooks B17 Narrow.

Using two toe straps and an 18" square of canvas, you can do this:

I've got the Keven's Bag, which is the original leather trimmed version of the Brand V. either one would seem to meet your requirements.

I have a Carradice Zipped Roll...I like the size, but from what you describe you could get by with something smaller. SJS Cycles has them at a good price.
