Classic Touring Components?

I recently found an old Mikado touring bike from the early 1980’s and it has great components like SunTour Cyclone hubs, Shimano 600 stem, Sugino AT cranks and really nice Dia Compe Gran Compe centre pull brakes.

So what are your favourite classic touring components?

Silky smooth Campagnolo hubs and crispy ratcheting SunTour freewheels.
