Hello again - firming up my route for this summer's cross country spectacular. I've made it safely to Madison, Wisconsin and now I need a good route south to Chicago. Any ideas?

I think you should drop an e-mail to trekbikes.com They're just out of Madison and a few of them ride bikes. (they're nice people too.)

Depends if you re in a hurry or not You can ridea route that takes you from madison to Waukeeshaw that the MS 150 ride uses quite scenic and lighter trffic roads. contact them for route info. There is also a system of trails paved and some packed gravel from madison to Milwaukee area .
