Araya Rims
I need some info about 1985 Araya model 18 rims. They are 27" alloy touring rims with 36 holes. Are they good for loaded touring or light? They have U.C.P spokes should I replace them with stainless steel? Anyone have any experience with these rims?

I have a set of the ADX 1w aero rims from that advert. They are solid and strong, though the v section helps with that... thats the best I can do for you. Araya made some great rims, those model 18s are likely good for good roads and decent loads.
