Racks for Trek 7100 w/700's

I've been looking for sturdy racks for my Trek 7100, 21" with 700x35's, that will allow for room enough for a fender... So far ether I'm messuring wrong (would not be suprised) or they are few and far between. I was going to order a Jend Front rack but don't see how I can attack it to my suspention front end... ARRGGHH!!!

Any pointers???

Reading the measuments on the Jendd Expedition, says 14" high, my current POS is 14" and almost touches the tire... What am I missing?

Ordered one as my daughter just cracked her rack.... so I needed a new one anyway If it fits well I'll keep it and give mine to her bike

It arrived today, the Jandd Expedition, and I must say that is a very nice rack After mounting it, On my bike... I grabbed up all the bags we have and took it for a spin. With all the other racks I've tried, the packs always where to close to my feet and didn't hold the load away from the tire on the rear half due to putting the pack back so far. Not only do I have several inches of clearance from my heel to the bag but the bags lay flat against the rack and not falling into the tires. The extra length on this rack is great and it solidly built as far as I can tell. If you can't tell I'm very happy with this rear rack by Jandd

Thanks for confirming my initial interest in this equipment
