Family Cycling Trip

Hi - We are a South African family with 2 teenagers and are planning a relaxing cycling trip to Tuscany in early July. We are not wanting to do hectic cycling each day as we want time to 'stop and smell the roses'.
After doing quite a bit of research, I have worked out a more of less travel plan and was keen to hear if anyone had done this route or a similar one and if they had any advice for us.
Greve - San Gimignano - Castellini - Siena - Buonconvento - Pienza
From what I can see, the mileage is not hectic at all BUT I am not sure about the mountains / hills that we may have to cycle over. Does anyone know of good links for topographic maps?
Thanks
