So frying a chicken breast, steak, or burrger is possible on a trangia?

It comes with a frying pan, it has the heat output. I've fried steak OK but it is not optimized for frying. Frying with the std Trangia kit makes for a lot of hard cleaning up; the non-stick version is better.
You dont get a lid with the pan, the pan IS the lid to the two pots. If you are doing a lot of pan frying you may want a lid to keep the heat in. The pan is also quite thin and the heat doesnt spread evenly making for hotspots.
If this is going to be your main form of cooking, I would consider a heavier duty non-stick pan with a curved shape and lid and look for a stove that it fits.

It looks like you have decided on a stove so this may be moot. I have a coleman dual fuel and as long as I am camping with my motorcycle it's not a problem, but be aware, A LOT of gas stations will not let you put gas in anything but an approved gas can. They refused to consider Red SIGG fuel bottles labled , stove fuel, as allowable containers. If there is a chase vehicle following the group, no prob. If you are solo, you may have to improvise(bribe a cage driver).

I'm going to look at the Optimus Nova, MSR Whisper Lite mentioned above!!!

Thanks for all the help folks--ONCE AGAIN!
I have several Optimus Novas, they are a good stove. But they had a recall about a half year ago so it may be hard to find them. I have not heard if they have gotten all of the replacement parts in yet or not. Primus Omnifuel is another good stove, photo below.

It was commented above that the Nova can burn diesel fuel. Maybe diesel number 1 but don't try diesel number 2. Also, I recommend against using auto fuel, there are additives in auto fuel that you do not want to breath. So, I suggest you stick to white gas (Coleman fuel, etc.) or kerosene.

If you use kerosene, you may want to carry your fuel bottle in a water bottle cage, when you get kerosene on anything it does not evaporate off in seconds the way that white gas does. That is why I always use white gas if it is available.

The Nova uses the same jet for white gas as for kerosene, the Primus uses different jets for the different fuels.

To be honest, i usually braise meats like chicken and red meat if I'm cooking out in the hills or set up a proper quick coal campfire for a steak.

braise meat on a cookstove.

the full trangia cookers are quite the heat machines. i used to test gear for msr and find the gas stoves, of every variety, to be inferior to alcohol stoves in every circumstance except melting vast quantities of snow for drinking water on high altitude snow camping trips. rare to do that while bike camping.
