i have the thermarest compressable pillow medium size fantastic and even better when i put the exped air pillow under it to give me plenty of height, (dont like sleeping flat).

I'm a big fan of that Exped pillow as well, it goes on every trip I take, bike or no bike.

I'm glad Machka found a pillow, but since it hasn't been mentioned yet...I've had great success using my Camelbak as a pillow, though I can't take credit for the idea. Saw it--where else?--here on BF. The firmness can be adjusted based on how much water you've got in the bladder. The canvas backpack part started getting pretty smelly around week 3 though, because I never washed it...
