Slowest build ever?
Dear All,
I started this bike build in 2009 believe it or not! Since we decided to also take a short de(tour) through life around the same time it never got finished...
However, the frame just arrived this morning! Hope you like it! I guess the build will go rather quickly from now on...
cheers,
Jim

The good thing about a LHT is they don't go out of style...

Jim246, I have one '89 bike that's been through four major builds and one minor rebuild, the touring bike has had a minor rebuild. You may have been a slow starter, but the build goes on forever.

I mean that the project (and the component buying) started in 2009. We then moved country, things got put on top of the wardrobe etc... I finally found enough time (not to mention enough money...) to finish things before this summer. The frame is a 2012 LHT in the new dark green colour.
