Anyone who own a Kona Dew plus
I tried to find the best bike for my goals and in within my possibilities. Everyone said the Kona Dew is a very good quality bike, the dew plus is even better, , I see a lot of holes for lowrider racks, rear rack etc. Kona Dew Plus 2013 | Commuter | Aszfalt kerékpár
I wanted to buy a real touring bike at first, then I realized the bent bars are very good, but I really don't have so many options, so this bike is a better compromise for everything , It's my FIRST bike, and I want to commute with it daily, and a touring bike is not as good for it.... within my budget. However I really want to make a weeklong tour in the summer, or maybe more than a week so I must use it as a tourer. I'll have some money for upgrades, so anyone who's familiar with the specs or know this bike , please let me know how can I make it more comfortable for long loaded tours.Anyone have experience with this bike?
A small experience
You should know In hungary , there are very few who are making long tours with a bike. Also a very few people buy a bicycle above 650 USD.... It's because the economy, also we have 1 million gypsies. Half of them are making a living from stealing bycicles. I live in a relatively "safe " town but everyone, even the wealthier ride cheap bycicles, but they buy the best locks
I wanted a more serious tourer but.... I can't risk it , I've never put any of my previous bikes to unsafe places, nor do I left them for more than a couple of hours, before night. Still they stole it.
Sorry this doesn't have a connection with my questions. Dew plus is a very good bike does it? I know in the US, or even 300 miles to west it's not the upper class

This guy is a japanese world tourer with this little bike, made it here from Asia, but his bike was stolen in the capital, of course the police found it because of the pressure of the media. It was located at a well-known gypsy town quarter.(I'm not racist, this is the truth, everyone knows it here)
