Name that handlebar

For the life of me I cannot find the name or style handlebar that I am looking for but I am currently planning a redo of my 1993 Bianchi Project 5 bicycle and one step is regarding handlebars. Ultimately, I wish the bike was larger at 21.5 inches but it is 19.5 inches but it was my dad's bike. It holds some sentimental value so I will adapt some features because the top tube length works well for me. So I am searching for a certain set of handlebars that I saw on a blog, forum, somewhere...but I don't know where and I suspect I saved it in my favorites but...I have to organized those too because I can't locate it.

The bars fit MTB straight bar style EXCEPT they had an additional bar that went out in front for accessorizing. I think this would work well for my project which will be used for some trail riding and camping. I plan on using the extra front section for lights, computer, etc.

Help me find the name, or find the style bar, please!

On a entirely different note, I can no longer click on my link on my profile page that will take me to my last posts, I don't know if a setting got switched or what but, any help on the side would be appreciated.
Thanks

Something like this? From Nashbar, the guy seems pretty happy.

That Nashbar Trekking seems close. The one I saw was similar to the jones, but it didn't sweep back in like the jones does. It was one long connection. But I have to admit the Nashbar Trekking seems close and quite possibly the right idea.

I have looked through all the Soma/Merry Sales items, Velo Orange, Rivendell, trekkers sites, and any other alternative sites that would have something potentially different from mainstream....and I still can't figure out the name. I wonder if it wasn't just a custom one done deal. Maybe if I feel adventurous, I will draw a sketch to describe what it looked like.
