Most of us do much too much worrying and planning our bike tours. Especially when we are riding in the States.

Below is a link to a guy who flew to Floriday, bought a single speed bike at Walmart a tent, backpack and a wire basket he attached to the back of his bike, and rode the Southern Tier. It's a series of videos and they really enlighten us on how easy touring really can be. And....they are fun to watch. *The audio on the first video cuts out for a few minutes but does return after a while.
