Top tube pump mount

Does anyone know how the pump is attached to the top tube like on this bike? Lots of pumps come with clips that attach to the braze ons for the waterbottle cages, but this is different.

Bikes: Cervelo RS, Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Pro, Schwinn Typhoon, Nashbar touring, custom steel MTB

That appears to be a Topeak Morph pump of some sort. They come with two long Zip-ties that can be used to secure the mounting bracket around the top tube.

It's a Koga World Tour* .. there are riv nuts on the under side of the top tube , in a water bottle cage like spacing , and the clip topeak made that mounts on center.

They also make clips to mount the pumps along side a water bottle elsewhere.

* I own a Koga WTR (R is for Rohloff) it has that pump mount, though for security, I relocated the pump to hide inside my Carradice saddle bag..
