Handlebar Bag Organizer
So as we get ready for a tour, leaving in a week to head South, I thought you might be interested in an organizer I made for my Ortlieb handlebar bag. W
While we were riding cross country this Summer I was really getting annoyed with the stock divider that came with the bag. So on a rest day, in Iowa, I set out to make one. Found some cardboard and bought a roll of white duct tape and went to work!

I got one for SLR cameras [Getting a Camera Bag I adapted for Handlebar Bag use (a close out Style)],
same one in the Bike bags .. velcro makes the divider shift .. 1 has U in it for the lens cradle ..
R&K wire HB Bag frame did the trick ,

Some Topeak bags (front and rear) come with felt-covered foam pieces that have Velcro on the ends; I've never used them because they seem to soak up the volume I need for other stuff.
I suppose the key thing for me is that quite often, the contents of my bar bags change between rides. Certainly when I was using the Topeak Tour Guide bags with plenty of external pockets, I was making use to them to keep stuff in permanent places. It's just a shame that the plastic backing for the bar attachment on those bags was too light to retain its shape especially in hot weather.
Now I use the Ortleib more often, TT and Vintage Cyclist have given me some ideas to work with. Thanks.
