I rode my friend's Cervelo P3C track bike to victory in the 2K pursuit Masters National Track Championship a couple weeks ago. I am committed to track racing and bought the same frame. Cupertino Bike Shop had a small (51 cm) in stock and had a special where $300 of the sales price is donated to the Hellyer Velodrome. In the process of building it up - photos of finished bike to follow.

It is pretty easy to finish the build. Easton Aerobars, Easton EC90 track bar, Sugino 75 cranks and bottom bracket and front trispoke and rear disc for racing. A set of most anything wheels for training. For gearing, I am getting 47, 48 and 49 chain rings and 14, 15 and 16 rear gears to start.

Yes and yes.I do sprint tri's but, Next year I get a bike for the velodrome.

How is your chain tension? It MUST be going tight-loose-tight-loose, right? Might be a tad dangerous, especially seeing as you don't have a brake to back you up if the chain jumps off.

Chris Hoy was an absolute superstar, he was in the studio for 4 hours and he was such a nice, down to earth guy (with the most freakin' ridiculous legs!), believe me, photos and telly don't do the size of them justice!
