Now that the season is over...

... and we reflect on this year's race season, I am also thinking of how to improve for next year. Does anyone have any ideas, or any off season training tips for me? I've read about and know some about getting base miles but could anyone elaborate on that idea for me? Also, any off season training techniques would be appreciated.

Thanks and congratulations to everyone out there who participated in this year's race season. I hope you saw improvement through the year and reached a goal or two that you set out to obtain.

Keep pedaling.

They say Cyclocross is a good way to maintain fitness. I remeber doing it one season on my MTB bike. It was tough, but lots of fun.

I commute everyday, 50k.

There is no off season. Just some seasons that have shiny medals and trophies, and other seasons that have rain and wind.

You'll be flying for 2006.
