Watery eyes and bodily waste

Is their anyway to stop making your eyes water so much. After I hit about 20mph my eyes water like mad, and its even worse when its cold.

Also since ive started doing about 50-70 miles a week, ive started doing more number 2's (if ya know what I mean) does this mean im burning more fat or something????

Thanks.

I've heard that wrap around sunglasses will help prevent the tearing.

For the other, I guess just sit down and deal with it
