Yep. And I've lost over 100 pounds on it. I'm a type I diabetic, so it's particularly appropriate. My mother's lost 75 pounds, my sister's lost over 30 and her husband's lost nearly 30 pounds. I'm a big fan of the program and feel that among the lower carb options, it makes a lot of sense.
