I need a plan!!

Help!! I need to put together a training plan. Am coming off my strongest year of cycling, have probably averaged four days on the bike per week since February, and have been racing cyclocross since October, so I have good fitness right now...and I do not want to lose it due to the cold and lack of sunlight. I have the Chris Charmichael book but I need a plan that will carry me through the winter, and one that will incorporate two days of swimming. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. Zach

could expensive but...........you might look into an athletic club and working with a personal trainer, who can set up a plan that will acheive your fitness goals and have you ready for next season.
